Legal Planning – Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship, Wills and Trusts including Special Disability Trusts 

Everyone needs to do appropriate legal planning for the future. This is even more important if you are the parent or carer of a person living with TSC. 

In this session, Anne Cregan, a Partner in the Pro Bono team at Gilbert & Tobin, will discuss the various legal options you should be aware of, including Power of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardianship, Wills and Trusts, including Special Disability Trusts. 

In clear and accessible language Anne will explain what each of these are and what issues you need to consider in your legal planning.
