Could you be TSA’s next President?

We are looking for passionate, committed members of our TSC Community to join our TSA Committee. Whatever your connection – whether you live with TSC, have a child with TSC, are a health care professional or researcher with experience of TSC – we’d love to hear from you if you can commit to help oversee the running of our small, well-functioning organisation.

We are well governed, with documented procedures, risk management, financial and operational processes, a clear strategic plan and a committed team of staff.

The Committee meets four to five times a year (2-3 hours per meeting) via Zoom, currently on Saturdays.

In addition to TSC-experienced committee members, with the imminent retirement of the current President, we are also looking for a suitably experienced person to join us to step into the role of President/Chair.

TSA’s President/Chair Role

• You will have prior experience with committees/working groups/boards and will have been in a leadership role for one or more of these, either in a paid or voluntary position.
• You will have some understanding of the governance requirements of either commercial or non profit organisations.
• You may have others skills and experience in areas that are relevant to the work we do, for example, health sector, government, fundraising, communications, marketing, finance, risk, customer engagement.
