Thank you to everyone who completed our recent survey. Encouragingly, 96.5% of you rated TSA’s services as excellent or good. Thank you for the many positive and appreciative comments, particularly about the nurse service and the information we produce, including our website.

Although there was a wide spread, the top 3 priority activities you highlighted for TSA in the survey are:

  • Advocating for more TSC Clinics and improved health care delivery in Australia.
  • Working with pharma companies so there are more TSC-related research trials in Australia.
  • Providing support via TSA’s telehealth nurse service.

The highest rated suggestions for future Zoom Events are:

  • An adult talking about their life with TSC.
  • How to get the best out of the NDIS.
  • Families talking about their experience of living with their child’s TSC.
  • Everolimus and Sirolimus – what they are and what they do.

We will try to arrange these for 2025.

There were many other useful comments and ideas which will provide great input for our strategic planning session in February 2025. Thank you again for taking the time to provide this feedback and input. It really is most appreciated.
