Rare Disease Survey from the University of Tasmania

If you have undergone genetic testing for a rare disease, researchers at the University of Tasmania, along with the Tasmanian Clinical Genetics Service, invite you to complete this survey.

It aims to better understand the experiences of individuals and their parents/carers.

They are hoping that having more knowledge will allow them to better support Australians living with a rare disease.

The survey will take approx. 30 minutes to complete and you will go into the draw to win one of 2x $50 vouchers.
