SWAN Disability Transition Conference – Sunday, 20 June 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Our TSC Community is invited to join the SWAN Disability Transition Conference through Zoom. The conference features several speakers talking on a variety of topics, including ECIS, kinder, school, disability supports, puberty and post-school options. The full conference program will be available shortly and sent in advance to all registered participants. Although the event runs from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, you can just tune in to the sessions that are of interest to you. The conference will be recorded and be available for a limited time only for those who register for this event.
