Welcome Dr Beck Mitchell

We are delighted to welcome Dr Rebecca (Beck) Mitchell to the TSA Medical Advisory Panel. Beck is a developmental paediatrician and researcher based at the Melbourne Children’s Clinic and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. She holds a PhD focused on developmental outcomes in children with TSC. Beck’s current research explores developmental changes over time and the neurobiological pathways that contribute to these outcomes. She is particularly interested in the complex presentations and management of TSC-associated neuropsychiatric disorders (TAND). Beck is the Australian representative on the International TAND Consortium and is involved in the global TANDem2 project.
