Light the Way Giving Day is on again – will you help us double the hours our TSA Telehealth Nurse is available?

TSC Global Awareness Day is on 15 May. On this day, the TSC Community across Australia comes together to raise money and awareness to help make a brighter future for people living with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. This year, we are asking our Community to organise a Light the Way Celebration so we can reach more people than ever before.

Light the Way 2025 will raise money to double the amount of hours the TSA Telehealth Nurse is available for the TSC Community to access support, care and information. The TSA Telehealth Nurse is such an important service to the TSC Community. Since its pilot in 2019 demand has increased significantly. We need your help to double the amount of hours available so everyone in our TSC Community can access the support they need, when they need it.

We need you to make this important goal a reality for the TSC Community. Will you celebrate Light the Way Giving Day by lighting up your home, school, workplace or community? You can find out more information here.

Not sure how you can Light the Way for people living with TSC? Check out our handy guide here.

Below are some tiles/images that you can save and use to post on social media to raise awareness of TSC and seek donations to TSA – the only charity in Australia informing, supporting and connecting people living with TSC.

You might want to say something like this in your post (remember to include the link to your Celebration page).

TSC (Tuberous Sclerosis Complex) is a devastating rare disease that often causes severe epilepsy and neuropsychiatric issues including autism. I am a supporter of TSA which is the only charity in Australia helping to inform, connect and support people living with TSC.  15 May is TSC Global Awareness Day and a chance to help Light the Way for everyone living with TSC.
