TSA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
Thank you to everyone who attended TSA’s Annual General Meeting via Zoom on Wednesday 28 October. There was a lot of progress in the last year to celebrate.
President Michael Jones (left in the photo) stepped down from the TSA Committee after 11 years of service. We thank Michael for everything he has done for TSA in that time and for volunteering his time and expertise. We also welcome TSA’s new President, Seshan Ramaswamy (right in the photo). Seshan is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist, CEO and Non-Executive Board Director with over 15 years of leadership across disability, aged care, community health, and primary care. Seshan brings both professional depth and personal commitment to advocating for people living with rare and complex conditions.
Nominations for committee members and office holders were approved. Our current committee is shown here.
TSA’s Medical Advisory Panel was also reappointed, with Dr Bec Mitchell being formally welcomed to the panel. Dr Fiona McKenzie, Clinical Geneticist in WA has chosen to step down due to her imminent retirement. We thank Fiona for her commitment to the organisation and to patients living with TSC.
We thank all members of the Committee, our Regional Contacts, the TSA Medical Advisory Panel, our volunteers, staff team and all our supporters for their commitment and work in the last year.
If you are interested in being involved in the running of TSA by joining the Management Committee, we’d love to hear from you. Please email [email protected] for more information.
