Give your feedback on NDIS supports

On 27 March 2024, the Australian Government introduced into Parliament changes to the NDIS Act 2013. These changes are proposed under a Bill which provides a framework for improvements to the NDIS.

If the changes become the law, there will be a new definition of NDIS support to help participants and providers to understand what NDIS funding can be used for. This will hopefully enable more flexible planning and new budget setting arrangements as recommended by the NDIS Review.

The Government is asking for your feedback on the draft lists about how NDIS funding can be used.

Feedback can be provided by answering some questions in a survey. The survey and more details can be found here. The feedback must be provided by 18 August.
