Legal planning

In this not to be missed online information event, Anne Cregan, a Partner in the Pro Bono team at Gilbert & Tobin, will discuss Power of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardianship, Wills and Trusts, including Special Disability Trusts. In clear and accessible language Anne will explain what each of these are and what issues you need to consider in your legal planning. Wed 6th Aug, 7pm AEST via Zoom.

Understanding TAND

TAND (TSC-Associated Neuropsychiatric Disorders) affects approximately 9 out of 10 people living with TSC at some point in their lives. TAND can have a significant impact. This session will be led by Dr Rebecca (Beck) Mitchell, a developmental paediatrician, researcher, and the newest member of TSA’s Medical Advisory Panel. Beck will share her expertise regarding the symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and management of TAND, with time for your questions at the end of the session. Wed 27th Aug, 7pm AEST via Zoom.

Free workshops for families of children with disability or developmental delay

Fostering independence and decision-making from an early age helps children build essential life skills that help them throughout their lives. These free 90-minute online workshops help families support their child’s skill development. There are different workshops for children who are babies to kindergarten age; primary school age and secondary school age.
