This award is given annually by TSA to a health care professional to recognise their efforts to improve the lives of people living with TSC in Australia. Penny's story 

Penny was diagnosed with TSC at 13 years of age at a time when 'Dr Google' was still light years away, and information about TSC was limited.

Penny, who now has two grown up daughters, has kindly shared her inspiring story with us.

 Bulk billing for abdominal MRI 

Just a reminder that Funding for MRI of the abdomen under the Medical Benefits Schedule (MBS) for people with a confirmed diagnosis of TSC has commenced this month. This will make abdominal MRIs free to access through bulk billing services.

Congratulations to Paris Gordon and her team (pictured) who ran in the HBF Run for a Reason in Perth on Sunday 19 May and raised an amazing $2,670 for TSA.

Thank you also to everyone who donated to our end of financial year appeal. 

All donations made to TSA go directly towards improving the lives of people living with TSC.
