New article on TSC for paediatricians

Congratulations and thanks to the team at Sydney Children's Hospital who have just published an article on TSC in the Journal of Paediatrics & Child Health. The article is a very good guide for paediatricians to understand where TSC is at in 2025/26 and how to best look after their patients. We will provide more details in the new year!

In Safe Hands

If your child living with TSC is starting school in 2026, you may be concerned about making sure that they feel adequately supported and reach both their academic and social potential, particularly if they learn differently. We encourage you to read our In Safe Hands resources. There is one guide aimed at parents and carers and another for teachers and educators.

Otis needs your help

Otis is one and a half years old and he lives with TSC. TSA is happy to be able to support Otis’ mum and dad as they navigate the complexities and challenges of life with TSC. They say they are eternally grateful that TSA is with them on their journey.

Brisbane catch up

It was lovely to see members of our TSC Community and health care professionals in Brisbane recently. The team was in Queensland attending Rare Voices Australia's first ever Rare Disease Disability Network Showcase. TSA presented an update on the Sibling Support Program for Parents and Carers that we are developing for our TSC Community and the wider rare disease community in Australia.
