You don’t need to deal with this alone. The team at Beyond Blue have some good strategies and services for helping us all to manage our mental health during the coronavirus outbreak. How to talk to your children about COVID-10
Children might find it difficult to understand what they are seeing online or on TV – or hearing from other people – so they can be particularly vulnerable to feelings of anxiety, stress and sadness. The Unicef team have some tips about how to talk to your children during this time.
