Thank you to everyone who took part in our Reach Out survey earlier this year.
Encouragingly, most people said they read the magazine from cover to cover and that they find the content always interesting and relevant. Readers rated Personal Stories, Research News and TSC Information as the most relevant and interesting content. So, please keep sharing your personal stories with us!
60% of those who responded said their preference is to continue to receive a paper copy of Reach Out twice per year as now. There was however recognition of the high cost of printed copies and a number of people said that they would adapt if we moved to online only.
As a result of this feedback, the short-term plan is to continue to produce Reach Out in both paper and digital forms. In this October’s issue we will ask readers to let us know their preference with regards to how they would like to receive their future copies of Reach Out.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts – it is only by sharing your honest feedback with us that we can continue to deliver what you need and want.
