We are thrilled to announce our first Sydney Comedy for a Cure raised almost $27,000. What a great night! Almost 200 guests gathered at Paddo RSL on Saturday 26 October to raise vital funds to help Australians living with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex.
There are so many people who came together to make this event possible. Special thanks to Peter Berner, Rob McHugh, Luke Hannan, Lizzie Hoo, Peter Meisel, Stephanie Broadbridge, and Anthony Locascio, the very funny comedians who donated their time to entertain us.
To our Comedy for a Cure committee and volunteers – thank you. We could not have done it without you!
Our heartfelt thanks to the team at Paddo RSL who generously donated the venue and to the catering team at Crafty Cooks who heavily discounted the price of their delicious canapes.
And thank you to everyone who came along, made donations, bid on the auction and bought raffle tickets. You helped make this night a smashing success.
Your support will help Tuberous Sclerosis Australia ensure children and adults living with TSC across Australia have access to ground-breaking new treatments and research that are taking us closer to a cure for this devastating disease.
