Kalymnian Club donates $4,600

Thank you to the Kalymnian Club who raised $4,600 for Tuberous Sclerosis Australia at their annual Car and Bike Show on Sunday 31 March, 2019.

It was a fun family day out for a great cause with a huge variety of cars and bikes, and kids’ entertainment including a jumping castle and face painting.

The volunteers from the Kalymnian Club Burger Bar provided yummy burgers and a sausage sizzle for breakfast and lunch.

Big thanks to Jim Tseros, President of the Kalymnian Club, and to Jo and Kon Romios in Melbourne, whose son Kristian has TSC. They have inspired the Kalymnian Club to support people living with TSC with their fundraising campaign #Heroes4Kristian.

We also thank everyone who came along to support the event, despite the chilly Melbourne day.

Congratulations to the car that won both the People’s Choice Award and also the Kristian’s Choice Award – which was an award created specially so that Kristian Romios could pick the car that he liked the best. It’s a 1951 Holden 48-215.
