Phase 1B vaccinations is now underway and you and your family may be eligible. This group includes people with specified and underlying medical conditions including ‘those living with significant disability requiring frequent assistance with activities of daily living’ and their carers.

Science has proven mindfulness gives your happiness muscle a workout, not your worry muscle. So mindfulness can actually reduce anxiety. Louise Healy from Rare Voices Australia (RVA) hosted a terrific zoom education event for our TSC Community and below we have shared some of the resources Louise recommended.
